Cookies

This site doesn't use cookies, advertising trackers or tracking pixels. Your browser stores one small preference on your device: your choice of light or dark mode (lmp-theme). It isn't shared with anyone.

Enquiries

If you send an enquiry, I receive your name, email address, phone number and business name if you give them, the service you're interested in and your message. The form is delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms. I use these details only to reply and to quote for work. I don't add you to a mailing list or share your details. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless we go on to work together, when records are kept as long as needed for the work and for tax purposes. The legal basis is legitimate interests: you've contacted me and expect a reply.

Bookings and payments

If you book a call or pay online, that happens on the provider's own site (Cal.com for bookings, Payhip for prints, Stripe for payments), under their privacy policies. I receive the details needed to deliver what you booked or bought. I never see your full card details.

Visitor statistics and hosting

Cloudflare hosts this site and may count visits in aggregate using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or identify you. Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Both receive your IP address and basic browser information as part of loading the page.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data I hold about you, or object to how it's used. Email me and I'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
